1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or making a reservation at Moxy NYC Times Square, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
2. Reservations
All reservations are subject to availability review and written confirmation from our reservations team. Submitting a reservation request does not guarantee acceptance, and we reserve the right to decline any reservation at our discretion.
3. Minimum Stay
A minimum stay of one (1) night is required for all reservations. Extended minimum stays may apply during select periods — please check availability for your preferred dates.
4. Payment
If payment is required to finalize your reservation, our team will provide the relevant instructions after reviewing your request. Prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD).
5. Cancellation Policy
Please refer to our Cancellation Policy page for full details. In summary: cancellations made more than 30 days prior to arrival receive a full refund minus a $50 administration fee; between 15-30 days, a 50% refund; within 14 days, no refund. All cancellations must be submitted in writing to support@fifahotel.com.
6. Check-In & Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out may be arranged subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to check in.
7. Guest Conduct
Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a manner consistent with the character of Moxy NYC Times Square. We reserve the right to remove guests who engage in disruptive, inappropriate, or illegal conduct without refund.
8. Liability
Moxy NYC Times Square is not liable for loss, damage, or theft of personal property unless caused by our direct negligence. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the total accommodation charges paid for the relevant stay.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the laws of the United States applicable therein. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New York.
