Refund Schedule
How to Cancel
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to support@fifahotel.com. Please include your booking reference number, full name, and arrival date. Verbal cancellations by phone are not accepted as they cannot be formally documented. You will receive written confirmation of your cancellation within one (1) business day.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original bank account used for payment. Processing time varies by financial institution but typically takes 5 to 10 business days from the date of our written confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by your bank or financial institution.
Modified Reservations
Reducing the number of nights in your reservation is treated as a partial cancellation and the above schedule applies to the removed nights. Extending your stay is subject to availability and standard pricing. Changes must be requested by email to support@fifahotel.com.
Non-Refundable Rates
Certain promotional rates and special packages may be booked under non-refundable terms. These will be clearly indicated at the time of booking. No refunds are available for non-refundable reservations regardless of cancellation timing.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond either party's reasonable control (natural disaster, government travel restrictions, pandemic declarations, etc.), we will work in good faith to offer rescheduling or credit toward a future stay. Refunds under force majeure are considered on a case-by-case basis.
